Faulty AV is inconvenient at best and crippling at worst. To help you keep your AV solution up and running, Anna Valley offers a number of different servicing, support and training options.

Our routine service and maintenance contracts ensure equipment longevity and prevent equipment failures. Anna Valley’s qualified technicians perform regular health-checks on your AV equipment, perform any necessary updates and identify, and rectify, any potential issues before they cause breakdowns.

If a fault does occur, our SLA packages provide the quickest fix. They include guaranteed response times and on-site equipment repair or replacement by our team of experts, reducing the impact that unexpected breakdowns have on your business. We can also offer remote monitoring, where we monitor your AV system to ensure that it’s performing optimally at all times.

And, if you’re not covered by a service and maintenance contract or an SLA package, you can still rely on the Anna Valley team to repair or replace faulty AV equipment on an ad hoc basis – whether we’ve supplied and installed it or not.

Prevention is always better than cure and the best way to avoid common AV failures is to ensure that your technology is well maintained and that users are well informed.
