Steve started his career in the early 1980’s in sports broadcasting. He has production managed sports programmes for Champion TV and Sky Sports, held the position of Head of Operations for European Tour Productions at IMG and provided fly-aways the world over for sporting occasions at Charter Broadcast before joining Anna Valley as MD in 2006.
Nick has worked in audio visual rental and staging for well over a decade and has a proven track record in business development and growing customer bases. His previous roles at XL Video and Blitz Communications have helped him develop a detailed understanding of the AV rental market and agency marketplace.
Mark has been working with broadcast display technology for 30 years and has been a part of Anna Valley since the company’s inception. Over this time, he’s developed strong and lasting relationships with many of the leading studio executives, engineers and designers in the industry.

Tim Oliver has worked in the Audio-Visual industry for over 30 years in both corporate & TV sectors. Tim has specialised in the broadcast TV industry since the early 90s and is a very well-known & respected ambassador for Anna Valley.
Shaun’s hands-on experience in his early career, progressing from working as a runner and warehouse technician to sound recordist and camera operator, has helped him deliver top- rated broadcast shows and event video at Shooting Partners and Anna Valley.
Technical & Operations Director
Peter Jones is a self-confessed geek and technology enthusiast. He has worked as everything from noise boy to vidiot on TV shows, corporate events, festivals and rock ‘n roll, and is now focussed on building and maintaining Anna Valley’s technology capability.
